Care Instructions

To maximise the lifespan of your leather boots, maintain their water repellency and ensure they last for years to come, it is vital to give them the proper care.

When removing your boots, use a boot jack to avoid damaging the heel.
Use a brush to remove any loose dirt, only use a stiff brush on the soles as this can scratch and damage the leather.
Further clean with a damp rag using a dedicated leather cleaner if you have one.
Make sure you allow your leather boots to fully air dry.
Apply a boot oil, leather conditioner or weather sealant so no moisture is locked in.
If storing your boots for a long period, clean them thoroughly and store away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place.

Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.

Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.

Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.

Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.

Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.

Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
