Warranty
In the unlikely event that a product fails in the warranty period including all stitching, zips, metalwork, handles, corners, or soles you can return it to us for a repair or replacement so long as the products have been fairly treated for the period. This does not cover products that have been damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repair.

Returns
If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
