The Paramo Men’s Grid Long Johns are engineered to deliver outstanding next-to-skin comfort and highly efficient thermal regulation during cold-weather activities. Designed as a key component of Paramo’s renowned layering system, these long johns use the brand’s innovative Parameta® G Grid fabric, a directional material that actively manages moisture while providing dependable warmth without bulk.
The unique grid structure traps pockets of warm air close to the body, creating excellent insulation, yet it also allows excess heat and perspiration to escape rapidly during high-output movement. This makes the Grid Long Johns ideal for a wide range of pursuits—winter hiking, mountaineering, skiing, or simply staying reliably warm during everyday outdoor wear.
Soft, lightweight, and incredibly breathable, the fabric stretches naturally with your body, ensuring unrestricted mobility. The smooth inner face feels comfortable against the skin, while flatlock seams reduce the risk of chafing during prolonged use. Thanks to the garment’s directional wicking performance, dampness is quickly drawn away from the skin and pushed outward, helping you stay dry even during intense exertion.

Returns
If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
