All of our marble platters are certified food safe.
Heat resistant to 90 degrees.
Our marble products are not dishwasher or microwave safe, and cannot be submerged in water due to their cork backing.
The surface of your platter can be cleaned using a sponge with dish soap and warm water, or an antibacterial spray and soft cloth.
Our platters are hard-wearing, but as with any chopping board, heavy chopping use may mark the surface over time.
Our marble platters are not stain-proof, so heavy-staining food and drink such as beetroot, turmeric, coffee, red wine and tomato-based sauces may stain.
Please handle with care due to product weight.

If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:

Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.

Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.

Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.

Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.

Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.

Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.

Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
